No. Pre-listing estimates are free for agents and their sellers. I show up, walk the roof, take photos, and send a written estimate—no obligation.
What if the roof doesn’t actually need to be replaced?
Then I tell you. I’ll write a repair scope, or just confirm in writing that the roof has X years left and doesn’t need work right now. That’s often more useful than a replacement quote.
How fast can you actually be there?
For partner agents, usually within 24–48 hours of the call. If a deal is on the clock, tell me and I’ll move things around.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. I document storm damage, meet with adjusters, and handle the claim process for the homeowner. Common situation post-closing or after a storm hits a recent listing.
