Start at sunrise. Done by sunset.

We install your entire roof in a single day. Here's exactly how it unfolds.

    7:00 AM

    Crew arrives & sets up.

    We stage a dumpster, tarp your landscaping and AC unit, and protect anything within drop range. You don't need to be home—we'll text when we're on site.

  2. 02
    Mid-Morning

    Tear-off & decking inspection.

    Existing layers come off down to plywood. I inspect every square inch of decking personally. Any soft or rotted sheets—I text you photos and pricing before replacing anything.

  3. 03
    Midday

    Waterproofing goes down.

    Ice & water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations. Synthetic underlayment over the entire deck. Your home is watertight before we break for lunch.

  4. 04
    Afternoon

    Shingles, flashing, ventilation.

    Drip edge, starter strip, GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, custom aluminum flashing at every wall and penetration, pipe boots, ridge vent, and hip & ridge caps.

  5. 05
    Before Sunset

    Cleanup & walk-through.

    Magnetic sweep of your yard, driveway, and walkways. Dumpster hauled. Gutters cleaned. I walk the finished roof with you before you pay a dime.
